The service
Serialworks is a subscription inventory, traceability, and costing application operated by Fathom Connectivity LLC. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business while your subscription is active.
Subscription, billing, and trials
The price is $1,000 per month or $10,000 per year, billed in advance through Stripe. A 14-day free trial is available and requires a valid payment method to start. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you do not cancel, the subscription begins automatically when the trial ends and the first charge is taken. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal, effective at the end of the current period. We do not give pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless the law requires it.
Your data is yours
You own the data you put into Serialworks. We claim no ownership of it. You can export it at any time, and on cancellation you can take a full copy. We keep it for 90 days after cancellation, then delete it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to breach its security or another customer's isolation. We may suspend an account that does.
Warranties and disclaimers
We work hard to keep the service correct and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. Serialworks is an operational inventory tool. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or regulatory-compliance software, and nothing in it is a substitute for professional advice or for your own records-keeping obligations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and disputes are subject to the state and federal courts located in Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account holders with a new effective date. Questions go to privacy@serialworks.app.
